Crown Stone USA bridge saws are designed to cut granite, marble, quartz, and a wide range of natural and engineered stone materials. The 20 HP brushless AC motor on the Avalanche Pro handles hard materials and full-size slabs efficiently, making it suitable for high-volume countertop fabrication shops.

The Avalanche Pro is a manual and plunge-miter capable bridge saw — one of the first Made-in-USA saws with this feature. The Avalanche Pro Manual + Automatic model adds remote-controlled automatic cutting modes, hydraulic lift, air brake rotation lock, and air indexing to 90° and 45°, enabling repeatable automated cuts with minimal operator input.

The Crown Stone USA Bridge Saw Table has a standard top size of 126" x 77", with optional widths of 132" or 138" available on request. The hydraulic powered lift raises slabs up to 70 degrees and can support multiple slabs simultaneously, accommodating full-size stone slab processing.

The Water System uses a flocculant-based sediment settling process where fine stone dust aggregates and sinks rapidly, separating solids from the water. The cleaned water is then recirculated back to equipment. Available in 40 GPM and 70 GPM capacities, it supports bridge saws, CNC machines, polishing machines, and hand polishers simultaneously.

Power requirements vary by product. The Avalanche Pro Manual + Automatic Bridge Saw operates on single phase at 208–240 volts, 100 amps, or three phase at 208–240 volts, 60 amps. The Bridge Saw Table requires single phase at 208–240 volts, 25 amps. The large water recycling system requires 208–240 volts, 1-phase, 20 amps. All equipment also requires 80–120 PSI compressed air.
