Fabricating sintered stone requires a rigid bridge saw equipped with a powerful blade motor, stable cutting table, and continuous pressurized water supply. The Avalanche Pro bridge saw provides 20 HP cutting power, hydraulic slab lifting, air indexing to 90° and 45°, and automatic or manual operation modes — making it well-suited for precise, repeatable cuts through hard sintered slabs.

Crown Stone bridge saws are engineered to cut granite, quartz, marble, and other natural or engineered stone slabs, including hard sintered materials. The 20 HP brushless AC motor on the Avalanche Pro provides the torque needed to handle full-size slabs of even the hardest stone varieties without compromising cut quality or blade life.

The standard table size for the Avalanche Pro is 126" x 77", with extended sizes available on request. The Crown Stone USA Bridge Saw Table is also available in optional widths of 132" or 138". These dimensions accommodate full-size stone slabs typically used in countertop fabrication applications.

Yes. The large 70 GPM Water Recycling System can support up to 3 bridge saws, a CNC machine, a polishing machine, and 4–5 hand polishers simultaneously. The smaller 40 GPM unit supports a single bridge saw, polishing machine, and 2–3 hand polishers — offering scalable water management for shops of different sizes.

The Avalanche Pro Manual + Automatic Bridge Saw supports both single phase (208–240V, 100A) and three phase (208–240V, 60A) power. The Bridge Saw Table requires single phase 208–240V at 25A.
